  Not a relaxing stay! Not worth your time!
  
  My first impression at the desk was that they were attentive and willing to help. I was really upset that I booked a pool side king room about 7 weeks before our stay with the request of being put next to our family party (whos rooms were booked all at once). Not did we not get the room we reserved, but none of our family's rooms were near each other.
  When we got to our room the hide a bed was torn so if you set on the edge you would fall right through.
  The pool was so cold my child had purple lips after just 15 minutes. The hot tub was down for maintenence again. The kiddie park was colder than the swimming pool so my child couldnt even go in there.
  Needless to day, im not impressed. This isnt a place i would recommend. Do let the words 'rennovating' fool you. This place is gross.

  The pool area is alright, but the flooring and the stairs to get in the pool are rough. Like I cut my leg on it while swimming and it curt so bad. If you trip onto those stairs, or even sit on them, tell your nice skin goodbye because the texture will rip it up. But the water is amazingly warm, nice slide area.
