  3/2/16 I went in and ordered a Roast Beef basket because it looked good on the menu. It has been probably a year or so since I had been in this place - not a usual customer.
  Sandwich was not at all like it was shown - hardly any meat on it. Since I was eating in I took it back to counter to ask. She took sandwich from me, showed to person out back and gave it back to me and said that is was done right. I disagreed and then left and ate it.
  I did my online survey and made my concern also. I then get a call from the owner. She said it should have been made better from my description to her. She asked what it would take to make it right for me. I said my wife may go back but I was not interested. She then said she would send out coupons for free food.
  I never got the coupons. (as of the 19th) She probably never checked with how they make their sandwiches either to verify.
  If you go there I recommend to get simple food items to make sure they get it right. I think they do have good food if done right but in my case it was not done well and management didn't take care of me either.

  Tried Culver's again and again disappointed. Picture is how shake was delivered. Never again.

  I've eaten everything on the menu, most more than once. All delicious and there's nothing I wouldn't order again. Usually the drive thru pulls you ahead and brings your food out since it's all cooked to order. It's never a long wait and certainly worth it

  Love the food. My wife and I have had 3 issues with food and the manager assured us she would send us coupons to replace the food. We never received them. All three times. It looks like this Culver's LIES to their customers so they do not call corporate or to just shut you up. 99.9% of the food and service has been excellent except for this glaring fault. We will be back. A LOT. But don't expect anything but false promises IF there is a problem.
